Congrats are in order for Shamrocks 2015 Shane Rauner.  Shane, a 2015 defenseman, recently made a verbal commitment to Division I University of Detroit Mercy. UDM is located in Detroit, Michigan and competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference against team such as Fairfield, Siena, Monmouth and more.  In 2013, Detroit won the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference and played in the NCAA tournament eventually losing to Notre Same 9-7.

 

Shane has played for the Shamrocks Shore program for the past 3 years and competes for Ocean City High School in the spring.  As a late DI commit this is a great example of persistence and dedication.  Once again, congrats to Shane and his family!
