October 27th- Junge Pavilion, Bryn Athyn PA. In it's first indoor tournament, Shamrocks Lacrosse Club won the AILA Regional Qualifying Tournament.  With the win, the Shamrocks earned a spot at the IMG National Championships to be held at the Wells Fargo Center in January, 2014.  The team really impressed given they had 1 practice to prepare for the tournament.  Goalies Shayne Fallon and Gabe Lombardi were impressive in between the pipes with many one on one turnaways.  Runners Liam Baker, Billy Moran and Jack Denis controlled tempo on offense scoring many assisted goals.  Colin Savacool conrolled faceoffs and played great man defense.  Danny Boucot played very well on both sides of the ball sparking offense and defense with his up-tempo play.  Dan Fisher and Sean Dunn lead the team in loosies and pushed transition extremely well.  Mike Simmons was a jack of all trades contributing with goals, assists and sound defense.  Jared Albano and Pat Morton played tough aggressive defense and contributed offensively as well doing alot of the dirty work.  Scoring was well balanced with all runners collecting goals and assists.  Well done today boys!
