"Flannery was a standout defender back in the day during some of the best years that Eastern’s program has seen. Now, he’s the man in charge of getting the Vikings back to that standard.

Eastern (13-3) took a big step in the right direction this spring.

The Vikings started the season on a nine-game winning streak, and picked up big wins over Lenape and Cherokee this year. Eastern put itself back into the South, Group 4 title picture."
