Mike Yarusso- Director of Girls Program

Current Head Coach of West Deptford's Boys Varsity Lacrosse. Coached West Deptford Varsity team to National Division Championship in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013. Over 20+ Years Coaching Experience. 2018 SJ Times Coach of the Year. 2006 Olympic Conference Coach of the Year. Garden State Lacrosse Challenge- Olympic Conference Coach 2006. Gil Gibbs High School Senior North- South All-Star Game Coach.  2012 New Jersey Sportmanship Award. 2013 SJ Team of the Year.  Played 4 years of NCAA lacrosse at Rutgers University. MVP of Rutger University Team. Currently has former player's at the DI, DII and DIII Collegiate Level. SJ  Served as Shamrocks Director of Coaching for past 10 years.

Erica Sechrist- Girls Head Coach

Erica Sechrist joins the Shamrocks by way of Glen Ridge High School where she was an Assistant Coach for the past 6 seasons (2011-2016), helping the team to two Group 1 State Championships and three Essex County Titles

Prior to coaching at Glen Ridge HS, Erica played field hockey and lacrosse at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.  In 2008, Erica lead the Greyhounds as a senior midfielder where she had 62 goals and 15 assists for a total of 77 points on the year.   Erica, who was named to the 2008 Landmark All-Conference First Team, also had 57 ground balls, 57 draw controls and 11 caused turnovers. Erica set many school records including most goals in a season (62), most assists in a single game (4), most assists in a season (15), most points in a season (77), most ground balls in a season (57), most draw controls in a game (10), most draw controls in a season (60) and most draw controls in a career (155).

During the summer of 2011, 2012 and 2013, Erica was the head coach of the Philadelphia Maccabi Girls Lacrosse team where they competed at the JCC Maccabi Games in Philadelphia, Rockland, NY and Orange County, CA, respectively. During the 2012 and 2013 games, the team was successful in winning the gold medal.

Kristi Tamasitis- Girls Head Coach

Kristi Tamasitis joins the Shamrocks by way of Mystic Valley High School (Mass.)  Coach Tamasitis started the Mystic Valley program in 2016.  The team went on to become the Co-Commonwealth Champs by 2017 and Coach Tamasitis was honored with Commmonwealth Conference Coach of the Year. 

Prior to Mystic  Valley, Coach Krisiti was a 4 year member and starter for the NCAA Division 1 St. Bonaventure Women's Lacrosse Team. 

Prior to St. Bonaventure, Coach Kristi was a 4 year lacrosse player and 4 year field hockey player at West Deptford High School.
