We are excited to announce two of the most popular training sessions have just re-opened registration for the November Sessions:

Shooters and Dodgers:   All areas of dodging and shooting will be taught for all Intermediate and Advanced players from grades 6 to 11 . If you play attack or middie, you want to be at this training!!

Goalie Training Series:  This training will focus on footwork, save mechanics, proper goalie conditioning, clears, carrying and more.  Finally, training just for you goalies!!!
