Despite some pretty hot weather, a fine group of 7th and 8th grade Shamrocks traveled over to Newtown Square to participate in the inaugural Philly Shootout for Soldiers on 6/30/17.  The Shootout for Soldiers is a 24 hour lacrosse event with a mission to use lacrosse as a platform to support American veterans and foster community engagement.  Our group was able to raise and donate over $1800 to the SFS.  Pictured above are (in no order): Kellen Hurst, Conlon Stasium, Connor Reagan, Riley Burns, Mario Leone, Ryan Stiefel, Ian Bucs, Owne Champigny, Antonio Rodriguez, Riley Harkins, Cam Evans, Ayden Okrem,  Matthew Bundy, Joe Martinelli, Ryan Collins, Braden O'Rourke and Cole Farrell.  We are proud of the efforts of the boys and look forward to next year's event.
