Shamrocks Show Well at Summer Events

2012 Summer Overview 

The U-11 team finished the Meltdown with a 3 and 2 record including a 1 goal loss. They U-11 team finished up their summer at Summer Sizzle with 4 wins and 1 loss.  This team had an unbelievable spirit and outworked almost everyone they played.

The U-12 Kelly team continues to impress as our newest team playing in the top brackets.  The U-12 Kelly team had a rough summer playing in the U-13 division, but their growth was undeniable.  There is no doubt this team will be the Big Fish as they remain in the U-13 bracket.

The U-12 Orange started off the summer very hot winning the 6th Grade Championship at Lehigh Laxfest and losing in the Championship at the Meltdown.  This team showed amazing promise and should continue to impress in the future.

The U-13 team had a great summer making it to the semi-finals at Lehigh Laxfest and championship at the Meltdown.  The team had some really fantastic wins and play every game very competitively.

The U-15 team had a great summer making it to the semi-finals at Lehigh Laxfest and Meltdown.  The Shamrocks U-15 also had an impressive 2 and 1 showing at Bay Brdige Brawl with their only loss being by 1 goal. 

The 7/8 Shore team finished with a 3 and 2 record in its' 1st ever tournament (Lehigh Laxfest).  The team then followed up with a 2 and 3 showing at Meltdown.  This team showed alot of resolve playing as a 7/8 team with a smaller roster. 

The HS Green team started out the summer with a nice showing at the Meltdown finishing up with 3 wins.  Next up the team went undefeated at the Bay Bridge Brawl.  Finally, the team finished at Sizzle with 2 wins, 2 ties and 1 loss.

The HS Shore team started out the summer with a 4 and 1 record at the Meltdown.  This team played it heart out all summer as a new program with players in grades 9 through 11.  The team showed well at MVP, Bay Bridge Brawl and Summer Sizzle gining some impressive wins along the way.

The HS White team had an impressive summer.  This was the youngest White team we have had to date with over 95% of the team being comprised of underclassmen.  The White team went undefeated at the Bay Bridge Brawl and had a very impressive showing playing in the top bracket at Summer Sizzle.

The HS Orange team finished the summer winning 16 of their last 17 games.  This was the youngest Orange team we have had to date with 60% of the team being comprised of underclassmen.  Most impressively, this team finished the summer averaging less than 3.5 goals against.

All and all, the feedback from college coaches has been tremendous and we are proud of all of the accomplishments of the boys this summer.
