SJ Shamrocks Small Group Training is pleased to announce our next session: Session 5.  This session will run on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 8/17/20 to 8/26/20.  This high intensity, high repetition training session is designed to take your game to a new level through targeted reps and skill development.  Players will be grouped in small groups of 10 players and 1 coach.  All sessions will be 1 hour in duration.   We will offer offensive groups, defensive groups and goalies.   Players should have solid stick skills for their age group.  The following sessions are available: 

Spots will be limited to a maximum of 10 players per group.  Players can register for individual sessions at $30 per session or all four sessions at $115.  All Sessions are one hour in length. 

Session 5: Monday and Wednesday Nights:  8/17, 8/19, 8/24, 8/26

BOYS:

Boys: 6:00pm to 7:00pm

GIRLS:

Girls: 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Interested players will have the opportunity to be evaluated for a potential spot on our 2020-21 teams.
