Let me start by saying I am really proud of our coaches and staff!

We are proud to share with you all of the hard work, dedication and commitment that our coaches and staff made to our players this year. There were(and still are) so many situations through the pandemic that have tested our resolve. During this time, we are proud to say that our staff did not waiver, did not make excuses and managed every road block thrown at them with efficiency and professionalism. Our coaches and staff went above and beyond to ensure the kids were going to play and our program would honor all of our commitments to our players and families. We are very proud of our staff and want to recognize them for their commitment.

How We Managed the Spring in Quarantine

Shamrocks Youth Team Olympics:

Cue the Trumpets: Our players were excellent Olympians this spring: teams were drafted, team pics and profiles were created. Players competed by completing daily events such as the Monday Mile, Top Dog Tuesday and Wall Ball Wednesday.

Favorite Team Names: Quaran-Team, the Shakin' Shamrocks, the Covid Fighters

High School Prove it Program:

Players had the option to participate in our Prove It Program in which players completed a variety of training exercises each day including fitness, lacrosse and mental/team building. Players "proved" to themselves and their coaches that they had the commitment and desire to excel to a new level.

Virtual College Recruiting Meetings:

All 2021 and 2022 players had the opportunity to meet with our recruiting coordinators on a one on one basis via zoom, facetime etc.

Zoom Trainings and Practices:

Team based Zoom training sessions to stay sharp. Coaches led virtual training sessions.
