The SJ Shamrocks 1v1 Boys Lacrosse Academy is designed for players who want to master the most critical aspect of the game: winning the individual matchup. Whether you are an offensive threat looking to beat your man or a defender aiming to lock down the competition, this academy is for you.

Program Highlights

• Offensive Mastery: Specialized footwork, change of direction, and "sold" dodging to create separation.

• Defensive Lockdown: Proper approach angles, stick positioning, and dictating where the offensive player goes.

• High Repetition: No standing around. This is a high-intensity environment with constant 1v1 live reps and immediate coaching feedback.

• Elite Coaching: Learn from the SJ Shamrocks' staff, known for developing some of the best talent in South Jersey. Program Highlights

Session 1

• 4 Week Training Series held on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm indoors at Total Turf (1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29)
• Open to all intermediate and advanced boys in grades 4 through 12.
• Cost: $175

Session 2

• 4 Week Training Series held on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm indoors at Total Turf (2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26)
• Grades 3- 7:  5:30 to 6:30pm
• Grades 8- High School: 6:30 to 7:30pm
• Cost: $175
