Mission of the South Jersey Shamrocks
South Jersey Shamrocks Lacrosse was founded in 2007. Our Mission is to provide our players with exceptional lacrosse instruction in a competitive environment while remaining as economical and value-driven for the parents as possible.
In 2012, we will offer teams at the U-11 U-12, U-13, U-15 and high school levels.
Why we started the Shamrocks:
We started the Shamrocks to offer an additional outlet for lacrosse players that have the desire to take their game to a new level. We decided the best way to accomplish this was to develop summer tournament teams that are accessible to all players that have the desire to become better lacrosse players.
Our Program Goals:
1. To create a positive lacrosse experience that will develop your child as lacrosse player and more importantly, as a person.
2. To prepare your child, as a lacrosse player, to compete with the best players in his age group.
3. To teach valuable life lessons such as good sportsmanship, teamwork, maturity and competitiveness.
4. To honor the game and promote the sport of lacrosse in our local community.
5. To prepare your son for the challenge of playing high level high school and college lacrosse.
6. To continue to foster the fraternity and brotherhood of lacrosse in the South Jersey region.
